Spell Fragments 禁忌魔法版（アルファ版）の制限事項について
2025年3月6日：YouTube等の「限定公開」を利用した配信や動画投稿について、追記しました。

いつもSpell Fargmentsを応援していただきましてありがとうございます。
2025年2月22日より、クラウドファンディングの「上級魔法使い Lv1」以上のコースにて、本作のアルファ版となる禁忌魔法版を返礼品としてご提供しています。
こちらの禁忌魔法版については、開発途中のアルファ版となりますので、主に「Spell Fragmentsのゲームコンセプトにすでに共感していて、クオリティアップ・コンテンツ追加・バランス調整前のゲームでもいいからすぐに遊びたい」という支援者の方に向けたものです。
今後もアーリーアクセス版の発売に向けてクオリティアップを重ねる予定ですので、禁忌魔法版については以下の通り、内容の共有や配信については一部制限をお願いしております。ご理解とご協力をお願いいたします。
禁忌魔法版(アルファ版)についての基本方針
・インターネットやSNSや動画サイトなどでの、公開に関する制限がない状態での、検索などで誰でも見れる場所でのゲーム内画像や映像の公開・配信は禁止です
・クオリティアップ前の開発中バージョンであることを理解してくれているユーザー向けに、限定された場所でのゲーム内画像や映像の公開・配信は可能です
・ゲーム内画像や映像の公開・配信を伴わない、SNS等でのご感想やご意見の投稿は可能です
・例外的に、ゲーム内の「リザルト画面のスコア表示」の画像については、オープンなSNS等での共有が可能です
OKな例：
・DiscordのSpell Fragments公式コミュニティでの、プレイ配信や画像掲載
（公式コミュニティ内では禁忌魔法版の提供後に、コミュニティ参加時のルールやお知らせなどで周知する為、個別に「開発途中のバージョン」「外部公開への禁止」と明示しなくても問題ないです）
・YouTube上に「限定公開」(外部検索ができない形式)としてアップロードした動画を、DiscordのSpell Fragments公式コミュニティ内でURLとして共有する
（上記と同じ理由で、限定公開になっていればそのままコミュニティ内で共有してOK）
・Discordのご自身の所属するコミュニティなどにおいて、「開発途中のバージョン」「外部への公開禁止」であることを視聴者に明示した上でのプレイ配信。
・YouTube等の動画サイトで、メンバー限定配信や限定投稿などのクローズドな設定で、「開発途中のバージョン」「外部への公開禁止（切り抜き等も禁止）」であることを視聴者に明示した上でのプレイ配信。この際、対象の配信や動画のURLに対して、Xなどの外部SNSなどから誘導することは問題ありません。
・プレイ後のスコア表示のスクリーンショットをSNSで共有する。
NGな例：
・X(Twitter)やその他のSNS、YouTubeやその他の動画サイトなど、「誰でもそのまま見れる場所」や「検索でそのまま見に来れてしまう場所」で画像や動画や配信を提供する。
・クローズドな提供場所であっても、視聴者に対して「開発途中のバージョン」「外部への公開禁止」であることを伝えていない。

March 6, 2025: We have added information regarding the use of “unlisted” settings for streaming and video posting on YouTube and other platforms.

For backers who supported tiers that include the Forbidden Magic version in our crowdfunding campaign, we will provide this alpha version of the game as a reward.
This Forbidden Magic version is still in alpha development, and is primarily intended for supporters who “already resonate with Spell Fragments’ game concept and want to play immediately, even if the game is not yet fully polished, with content additions and balance adjustments pending.”
As we plan to continue improving the quality towards the Early Access release, we kindly ask for some restrictions regarding sharing and streaming the Forbidden Magic version. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Basic Policy for the Forbidden Magic Version (Alpha Version)
- Publishing or streaming in-game images or footage in publicly searchable places on the internet, SNS, or video sites without access restrictions is prohibited
- Sharing and streaming in-game images or footage is permitted in limited spaces where users understand this is a pre-polish development version
- You may post opinions and impressions on SNS etc. without including in-game images or footage
- As an exception, images of the “score display on the results screen” can be shared on open SNS platforms
OK Examples:
- Streaming gameplay or posting images in the official Spell Fragments Discord community (Within the official community, after providing the Forbidden Magic version, we will inform users through community rules and announcements, so you don’t need to explicitly state “development version” or “no external sharing” each time)
- Uploading videos as “unlisted” (not searchable externally) on YouTube and sharing the URL within the official Spell Fragments Discord community (For the same reason as above, sharing within the community is OK as long as the video is unlisted)
- Streaming gameplay in your own Discord communities after informing viewers that this is a “development version” and “not for public sharing”
- Streaming gameplay on YouTube or other video sites using closed settings such as members-only streams or posts, after informing viewers that this is a “development version” and “public sharing is prohibited (including clips)”. In this case, it is acceptable to direct people to the stream or video URL from external SNS platforms like X.
- Sharing screenshots of the score display after playing on SNS
Not OK Examples:
- Providing images, videos, or streams in “places anyone can freely view” or “places that can be found through search” on X (Twitter), other SNS, YouTube, or other video sites
- Even in closed sharing spaces, failing to inform viewers that this is a “development version” and “not for public sharing”
